I've seen a lot of talk saying most exhaust upgrades don't really do much for the Can Am Commander 1000R, and honestly, I'm starting to believe it. Still, I'm curious if any of us here have actually done any mods to squeeze a bit more power out of yours?
Basically just looking for upgrades that actually make a noticeable difference and gives you real results?

It depends on what you're looking to get. If you're going for a muffler upgrade then you're getting the sound and not much else. If you're willing to pay more for a full system, then you'll see some power gains. Just make sure you get a proper tune so that you can utilize the exhaust. Do you have something specific in mind?

Most Can-Am Commander 1000R exhaust upgrades are snake oil, if you're chasing real power gains, you're wasting money. Without tuning the ECU or addressing intake and fuel mapping, those flashy pipes do almost nothing.
