2021 XT just shut down on me

Was out riding my 2021 Commander XT when everything suddenly went dark. dash lights shut off, power steering dropped out, and even the cab's backup light stopped working. No warning signs, just a total power loss mid ride. Ive checked the obvious stuff, but still no luck. Has anyone seen this before? Could be a fuse, relay, stator, or maybe a chewed up wire somewhere? Would really appreciate any tips on where to start looking, this just got me scratching my head.

Since the basics are okay i think you can also take a look at the battery and ground connections. hope there are no corrosions since it can spread fast. It could still be a fuse or relay, so it's worth checking those again

Nope, all stock.

Battery, wirings/fuse and all that seem okay. It actually runs bit okay now, though I dont really drive it too far since I still got no idea what all that was about and I dont really feel like seeing the mechanic for now so im still seeking help currently.

it's the ground, it's always the ground when you're having these kinds of problems. Maybe there's some surface rust.

I completely agree, ground issues have caused me more headaches than I'd like to admit. I once dealt with a similar blackout on an older ATV, and after checking everything, it turned out to be a rusty ground connection hiding behind the dash. I cleaned it up, and just like that, the power was back to normal.

It's definitely a good idea to pull those connections apart and give them a thorough cleaning before diving into more complicated repairs. Hope you get it sorted out soon
